Hi, I think Majorly it depends upon how well you are at the language.
Having stated that the evaluation for the receptive skills (listening and reading) is objective and for productive skills (writing and speaking) it’s subjective.
Therefore for many non-native speakers scoring well in writing and speaking is difficult as these skills require one to us one’s language skills. But again, it’s each to its own!
